Vetted operatives
Every operative passes an ID and right-to-work check and a paid trial job before working in your property. Anyone holding keys has a DBS check.
Key control
Keys are logged out and back in against each job reference, tagged by code rather than address, and returned the same day.
Risk assessments
Each service has a written risk assessment and method statement (RAMS). Cleaning products come with COSHH data sheets.
Insurance
Public and employers' liability insurance certificates are included in our supplier pack, in the name of Silver Shark Capital Ltd.
Your data
Your details and anything we learn about your property are only used to complete the job, and handled in line with UK GDPR.
Registered trades
Gas and electrical work is only carried out by Gas Safe or NICEIC/NAPIT-registered engineers.
