Greylatch Property Services is a trading name of Silver Shark Capital Ltd (company no. 13288431), registered office 36 Beechmont House, 5 Fairmont Road, Rainham, RM13 8SF. Silver Shark Capital Ltd is the data controller for information you give us.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, property postcode and job details. When we carry out a job we may also hold tenant contact details and access information supplied by the agent or landlord, and photos of the property.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, quote for and carry out the work, invoice for it, and keep records we are legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract, performing that contract, and legal obligation. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job and invoice records are kept for six years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the quote form or the details on our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
